- Oversee 15+ person night shift team in high-volume distribution center
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols during overnight operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Manage equipment maintenance and warehouse security protocols
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control
- Ability to lead in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for consistent 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
- Valid Louisiana driver's license preferred
