Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and industrial equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Support cross-functional departments during peak operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
