Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Inspect products for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth operations during the weekend rush.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning labels and logging data.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
