Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 3-5 associates during peak weekend shifts
- Ensure safety compliance and efficient workflow execution
- Process incoming shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with day-shift managers and clients
- Resolve operational issues promptly using problem-solving skills
- Conduct end-of-shift reports and handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license a plus
- Spanish/English bilingual highly valued
