Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and verify incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer specifications and time windows.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) immediately.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
