Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with zero-error accuracy
- Manage inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support receiving and stocking of incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM-6 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
