Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory, scanning, and order fulfillment during night operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly KPIs
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Support time-sensitive shipments and last-mile logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and digital literacy
- Reliable transportation and punctual night-shift availability
