Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person overnight team during peak hours
- Oversee inventory control and order fulfillment accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train and mentor new night shift associates
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless transitions
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
