Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the morning shift team to facilitate a smooth handover of operations.
- Identify and resolve operational discrepancies or bottlenecks promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification (preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
