Your Role
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain precise inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure a safe working environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holiday shifts as required.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
