Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package orders for weekend shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks during weekend shifts
- Support inventory management initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
