Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for order verification.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday (2-3 shifts per week).
