Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (5 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to Great America Parkway location
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
