Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend workflow
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures during shift operations
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning devices
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
