Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading/unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery (RF scanners, conveyor systems) with precision
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all daily operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Implement quality control protocols for incoming/outgoing shipments
- Optimize storage layouts for maximum space utilization efficiency
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with potential holiday shifts
- Basic math proficiency for inventory calculations
- Valid Maryland driver's license preferred
