Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely weekend delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Experience in warehouse/logistics a plus but not required
- Team-oriented attitude with reliable punctuality
