Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional technical and customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues efficiently during weekend operations.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for our client base with a high degree of accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback within our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday support team to ensure continuity and share critical client insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify common pain points during weekend shifts and suggest actionable improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Escalation Management: Appropriately escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments while keeping the customer informed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
