- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets and inquiries efficiently to ensure rapid response times.
- Collaborate closely with the on-site team to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure all systems remain operational and document all support interactions accurately.
- Adhere to strict company protocols and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the weekend team.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (if remote hybrid).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
