Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Process orders, returns, and shipping requests accurately
- Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics
- Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
