- Manage 10-15 weekend staff members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Drive sales achievement through staff coaching and customer engagement strategies
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain premium service standards
- Implement visual merchandising directives and promotional campaigns
- Generate end-of-day sales reports and operational analytics
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition and continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 10am-8pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and retail analytics
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisive decisions
- Valid New York State driver's license (for potential store transfers)
