Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 team members during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Execute daily store opening/closing procedures
- Train new staff on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Resolve customer escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven weekend shift availability (required)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Basic inventory management proficiency
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to work standing for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- POS system certification preferred
