Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations with 8-12 team members
- Execute inventory management and merchandising plans
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Resolve customer escalations with premium service focus
- Maintain compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols
- Generate end-of-day performance reports
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for Saturdays & Sundays consistently
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Ability to work standing for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license (for supply runs)
- Flexible weekday evening availability (1-2 days)
