Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse staff (10-15 employees)
- Coordinate daily inventory and shipping operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns
- Conduct shift handovers and documentation
- Optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new team members on equipment and processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) 6am-6pm
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
