Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift staff (5-8 team members) including scheduling and performance coaching
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations promptly
- Monitor sales floor security and loss prevention protocols
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operations
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat-Sun 8am-6pm)
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if transporting merchandise)
