Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend staff schedules and daily operations

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash management
- Submit performance reports and operational feedback weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory background preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during peak weekend hours
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for store errands)
