Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise to ensure premium presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store operations standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks to enhance customer experience
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation to multiple San Diego locations
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
