Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Efficiently handle cash transactions and POS operations
- Maintain clean, organized store shelves and checkout areas
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and conduct daily stock counts
- Operate fuel pumps and assist with car wash services
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
