- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexible availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems
