Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using powered equipment.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using barcode scanners.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred but training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
