Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates with real-time performance coaching
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and data-driven decision making
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with weekday management teams
- Manage inventory discrepancies and resolve operational challenges during off-peak hours
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and post-shift operational reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with weekend shift background
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong problem-solving skills for overnight operational issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
