Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to maintain service excellence standards
- Oversee daily operations including inventory, staffing, and quality control
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalated issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless weekend transitions
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Drive sales through upselling and promotional activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for vendor runs)
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided)
