Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service to resort guests
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold resort safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with special event operations on weekends
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with availability
