Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 5-8 associates, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Process shipments and maintain accurate documentation systems
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend shift efficiency
- Conduct quality checks and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Train new weekend staff on equipment and safety protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and inventory management
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in warehouse management software systems
- Valid Texas driver's license required
