Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency and critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatment plans under physician supervision
- Document patient records accurately using advanced EHR systems
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams during weekend shifts

- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (Sat/Sun + one weekday)
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
