Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Collaborate with weekend nursing team for seamless care transitions
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Oklahoma CNA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Friday-Sunday, 6AM-10PM shifts)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
