Responsibilities
- Manage patient inquiries and appointments with exceptional professionalism
- Process insurance verification and billing documentation accurately
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Resolve patient concerns promptly and empathetically
- Support weekend check-in/check-out procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care delivery
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or healthcare experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-6PM shifts)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if required for travel)
