Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Monitor system performance and resolve tickets with a 24-hour turnaround goal.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Assist in the implementation of software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems.
