Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 98% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and shipping logistics using our proprietary CRM system
- Resolve customer escalations with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend team huddles and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
