Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records for compliance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
