Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email during weekend hours.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer records in our internal databases with 100% accuracy.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the shift.
