Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 person overnight team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations with emphasis on accuracy and speed
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
- Optimize inventory management systems and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift management
- Generate daily performance reports and implement improvement plans
- Ensure equipment maintenance and facility security during night hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Availability to work Sunday-Thursday nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
