Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth workflow transition.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) without accommodation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
