Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Manage inventory tracking using WMS systems
- Supervise 5-7 team members during shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Process shipping/receiving documentation accurately
- Resolve operational issues promptly
- Prepare shift handover reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years logistics/supervisory experience
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Weekend availability mandatory
- OSHA certification preferred
