Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all guest touchpoints
- Manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards exceed compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Fri/Sat/Sun 10am-8pm)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to work in fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Nevada gaming license or ability to obtain (if applicable)
