- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling across weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Facilitate smooth check-in/check-out processes for patients
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize weekend service delivery
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with empathy
- Assist with weekend appointment confirmations and no-show protocols
- Maintain sterile exam environments and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years in healthcare administration or customer service
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/Meditech experience a plus)
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday 7AM-7PM)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
