Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure rapid response times.
- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and system updates accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify recurring technical trends and propose process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
