Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Process orders, track shipments, and update client accounts accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in detailed logs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience during peak weekend traffic.
- Assist in training new team members on weekend procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or call centers is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago Loop office.
