Responsibilities
- Provide critical technical and operational support during weekend shifts to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Manage and troubleshoot incoming tickets and inquiries with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize urgent requests and resolve escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities and system logs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or operations is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
