Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits using our management software.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in training new staff members on weekend protocols and safety procedures.
- Generate and review operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Rotating shifts).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
