Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Process incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
